Customer Service Representative

The Zip Water North America team is growing exponentially and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage various aspects of sales and customer service administration, including order entry, tracking, product knowledge requests, and communication with both B2B customers and consumers. Your responsibilities will also involve providing technical assistance via phone, email, and text, as well as maintaining customer data in Salesforce CRM.
The ideal candidate will possess a university or college degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and will have a strong background in upscale customer service. You should be skilled in problem-solving, building lasting relationships, and effectively communicating our brand’s value.
